Our practice manager, Tamara, is the heart of our daily operations. Whether she is taking your calls or replying to your emails, she ensures you are always looked after.

If she doesn’t have an immediate answer to a highly specific question, she will look into it and get straight back to you. We operate strictly by prior arranged appointment only to ensure each of our clients receives dedicated, focused, and uninterrupted attention.
To accommodate your busy schedule, we offer extended flexibility with very early morning and late evening appointments upon request.

Google maps or Sat nav will bring you to TN26 1JN. There is a white Chirovet sign on the country lane just at the entrance. Parking is free and on site, either on the right hand side in front of the paddock or in front of the Shepherds Hut where your appointment will be.
Owners travel to us from across Kent and the wider South East, including London, Ashford, Canterbury, Maidstone, Folkestone and Tenterden. Horses can be seen at the practice or at their own yards by prior arrangement.

You will speak to Tamara. She looks after the diary and handles all enquiries, and she is a lifelong cat and dog owner and an experienced rider herself, so she understands what you are asking.
No. You can book directly with us. With your permission we will ask your conventional practice for the medical history so that we have the full picture before treating.
The quickest way to order is to email or message Tamara. She will check with Julia to make sure the medication is correct or for any alterations. Please allow five working days, as formulas are made up individually for your animal rather than kept in stock.
Horses can be seen at their own yard by arrangement or by visiting our practice. Dogs and cats are normally seen by appointment at the practice at Great Chart. Small animal home visits are only available in exceptional circumstances and remain entirely at our practice’s discretion.
